4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your pvl88 account at the time of the transaction. pvl88 reserves the right to revise minimum transaction thresholds at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. 4.4 Legitimate Source of Funds. Deposits suspected to originate from illegal activity will be refused and reported to relevant authorities.
4.5 Transaction Currency. All pvl88 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pvl88 does not accept foreign currency deposits or issue foreign currency withdrawals.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on pvl88 are subject to acceptance by pvl88. pvl88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a system error, pricing error, or integrity concern is identified.
5.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event type. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the pvl88 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.3 Voided Bets. In the event that a bet is voided — for reasons including but not limited to event cancellation, system error, or identified rule violation — the original stake will be returned to your pvl88 account balance.
5.4 Responsibility for Bets Placed. You are solely responsible for all bets placed from your pvl88 account, including bets placed in error. pvl88 does not accept responsibility for bets placed by unauthorised users where the account holder has failed to maintain credential security.
6.1 pvl88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.
6.2 pvl88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Misuse of bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, or other means designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.3 Only one welcome or first-deposit bonus is available per individual, household, IP address, or device. Attempting to claim new-player promotions through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pvl88 platform:
pvl88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to withhold all associated balances, and to report conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9.1 The pvl88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pvl88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 pvl88 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the pvl88 platform, even if pvl88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 pvl88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pvl88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your pvl88 account at any time by contacting pvl88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance net of pending bonus wagering obligations will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.2 Closure by pvl88. pvl88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; or (d) account verification requirements have not been satisfied.
10.3 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by pvl88 for cause, pvl88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and/or in satisfaction of any claims arising from the conduct that led to closure.
